If you found some random problem like building structure freeze, you can just temporary disable "CHEATS" script and wait for 10 sec then fix. If massive resources not working, just keep harvesting until you complete a stack then it will be activated.
You may face some weird problems by using cheat options under "CHEATS", just disable the script temporary (few seconds) will fix.
